Teaching

Jose is a very experienced, highly successful supervisor of research students. Jose has many supervised PhD, master, and honours students. All past research students found excellent placement

Previous courses include Calculus, Linear Algebra, Introductory Mathematical Economics, Intermediate Mathematical Economics, Advanced Mathematical Economics, Game Theory, Behavioral Economics, Intermediate Microeconomics, Advanced Microeconomics, Microeconomic Theory (PhD). Teaching evaluations up to 4.7 (out of 5.0)

Jose has written about new technologies in higher education, about the lessons of the 2012 Nobel Prize in Economics, and have also reviewed important textbooks that university students use such as this and that one as well.
