Biography

Rohan Pitchford received an honours degree in economics at ANU and a PhD at MIT. His first academic position was at the Research School of Social Science at the ANU. He has worked at the University of Sydney and then the University of Queensland. His current research interests include:

  • Liability of firms
  • Timing games
  • The holdout problem, including application to sovereign debt negotiation
  • Incomplete contracts in lending markets
