RSE tutors can now book regular consultation times for Semester 2, 2026 (27 July– 4 November) using the RSE Tutor Consultation Room Booking Portal.
Rooms are available Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 6:00pm throughout the teaching period.
Please book your regular student consultation times for Semester 2, 2026 (from 27 July to 4 November) by selecting your preferred timeslots in the online calendar.
Booking Guidelines:
- Book your consultation between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Available consultation rooms in the Arndt Building are: 1002, 1007, 1009, 1010, and 2002.
- For each booking, please include your full name, ANU email address, and course code.
How to Book:
- Sign in to the booking system. If this is your first time, you’ll need to create an account.
- Click on the day and time you wish to book. A reservation form will appear below.
- Fill in all required fields.
- To have your booking repeat each week of the semester, select ‘Weekly’ from the recurrence dropdown menu (for Semester 2: 21 July – 14 November).
- Click ‘Create Reservation’ to finalise your booking.

Changes or Cancellations:
If your availability changes or you no longer require your booked slot, please cancel your reservation promptly by emailing enquiries.rse@anu.edu.au. This ensures the space is freed up for other tutors.
